All scholarships are awarded on a semester basis and renewed subject to continued eligibility. Applications are reviewed by the IMI Scholarship Committee.

Hafizul Quran Scholarship

A full scholarship exclusively for students who have memorised the Holy Quran. IMI honours this achievement by removing the financial barrier to healthcare education entirely.

  • Must be a certified Hafiz-e-Quran
  • Sanad (certificate) from a recognised Madrassah required
  • Must have passed FSc / equivalent with minimum 2nd division
  • Valid for all BS Hons and Diploma programmes
  • Interview with the scholarship committee required

A1 Grade Scholarship

Awarded to students who achieved an A1 grade (80% or above) in their FSc / Intermediate examinations, recognising outstanding academic performance at the pre-entry level.

  • Must maintain CGPA 3.0 or above for renewal

Financial Assistance Scholarship

Designed for students from low-income families who demonstrate financial need. IMI is committed to ensuring that no deserving student is denied education due to financial hardship.

  • Family income below PKR 40,000/month (documented)
  • Proof of financial hardship (B-Form, income certificate)
  • Minimum 50% marks in FSc / Intermediate

Sports Excellence Scholarship

Recognising students who have excelled at district, provincial, or national-level sports competitions encourages a healthy balance of academic and physical achievement.

  • Certificate must be from a recognised sports body
  • Minimum 45% marks in FSc / Intermediate

How to Apply for a Scholarship

Submit Admission Application

First complete the BS Hons or Diploma online admission form. Scholarship applications are processed only after admission is confirmed.

Collect Scholarship Form

Visit the IMI admissions office in person or download the scholarship application form from the admissions section of this website.

Attach Required Documents

Attach all required documents: CNIC, DMC, income certificate (for need-based), Sanad (for Hafizul Quran), or sports certificate — as applicable.

Submit to Admissions Office

Submit the completed scholarship form to the IMI admissions office. The Scholarship Committee will review and notify you within 7–10 working days.

Attend Scholarship Interview

Shortlisted applicants will be called for a brief interview with the scholarship committee, especially for Hafizul Quran and financial assistance scholarships.

6

Receive Decision Letter

Successful applicants will receive an official scholarship award letter. The fee adjustment is applied directly to your semester fee challan.
